Joel and Morgan moved to Gahanna in 2017 to plant Three Creeks. Joel serves as the Lead Pastor, and is also one of the elders of the church. Morgan works as a Community Coach Supervisor for My Village Ministries and serves in multiple ways at Three Creeks, such as hosting a Community Group and helping engaged couples through pre-marriage counseling and marriage counseling. They have four children - Cooper, Judah, Willow and Moses.

Chase and his wife Criseli joined Three Creeks Church a few months after moving from New York City to Ohio in March of 2022. Chase has been in the music and creative industry for several years as an audio engineer, music director and touring guitarist. Chase and Criseli both grew up in the church and value the importance of worship and building the local church. Chase is following his calling from God and is excited to serve all things creative at Three Creeks with Criseli and their son, River!

Sarah and her husband Jerad have been a part of Three Creeks since its beginning in 2018. Sarah grew up abroad, but has planted roots in Westerville with her husband, Jerad, and their two boys. Sarah has always had a heart for kids - teaching preschool, serving in kids ministry for the majority of her adult life, and being a mom, which has been her greatest joy of all! Sarah's position as Kids Director holds so much meaning to her and she cares deeply about the families in our church. She can’t wait to meet you and your kids and help support you as we raise our kids to find and follow God together!

Kaley and her husband Nick joined Three Creeks in December of 2019, shortly after moving to Gahanna. She met Nick through Younglife at The Ohio State University. Today, Kaley spends most of her time with her kids Ruthie, Isla and Finn, and she also serves as our Admin Director at Three Creeks. Some of her favorite things are being a mom, spending quality time with her close friends and family, relaxing outside on the porch or by a bonfire, and ending the day with a bowl of ice cream.

Julie and her husband Tyler have been a part of Three Creeks Church from the beginning. They've led Community Groups in their home since being married in 2013, and it's their favorite way to build fun, deep, and godly friendships. Outside of church, Julie loves to garden, paint, and go on adventures with her two kiddos Emery and Jude. Julie's favorite title is "Mom" but she is thrilled to be able to serve the people in our church in a new way!

Ann Marie and her husband David joined Three Creeks in August of 2022, after moving to Gahanna. She is excited about creating a welcoming community space for Gahanna at The Well. In addition to raising her two kids, she loves running, walking their dog Wesley, CrossFit, and spending time with her family outdoors.
