Joel and Morgan moved to Gahanna in 2017 to plant Three Creeks. Joel serves as the Lead Pastor, and is also one of the elders of the church. Morgan is a full-time mom and serves in multiple ways at Three Creeks, such as hosting a Community Group, helping engaged couples through pre-marriage counseling and marriage counseling, and directing the church's partnership with My Village Ministries. They have three children - Cooper, Judah and Willow, and they live in Gahanna.

Chase and his wife Criseli joined Three Creeks Church a few months after moving from New York City to Ohio in March of 2022. Chase has been in the music and creative industry for several years as an audio engineer, music director and touring guitarist. Chase and Criseli both grew up in the church and value the importance of worship and building the local church. Chase is following his calling from God and is excited to serve all things creative at Three Creeks!

Lizz and her husband Jordan joined Three Creeks Church in February of 2019. She graduated from Cedarville University and taught high school math until the birth of their son Bennett. Being a wife and mom is her greatest joy, but she also loves baking, running and camping. God calling on Lizz's life is for her to disciple the next generation of the Church. She longs to see God use Three Creeks Kids to advance the Gospel!

Kaley and her husband Nick joined Three Creeks in December of 2019, shortly after moving to Gahanna. She met Nick through Younglife at The Ohio State University. Today, Kaley spends most of her time with her daughter Ruthie, and she also serves as our Admin Director at Three Creeks. Some of her favorite things are being a mom, spending quality time with her close friends and family, relaxing outside on the porch or by a bonfire, and ending the day with a bowl of ice cream.

Chris and his wife, Lindsay, joined Three Creeks in spring of 2021. Not only did they meet each other in a Community Group, but their lives and walks with Jesus have been tremendously shaped through the impact of Community Groups. Chris believes that Community Groups are the heart of our church because they allow us to know and be known by others, as we point each other to Jesus week after week! Chris and Lindsay also love being parents to their sons, Brooks and Everett.

Tommy joined Three Creeks in 2023. He graduated from Liberty University in hopes to work with youth. He’s been a part of different youth ministries, including Beulah Beach, which is what brought him here as our Youth Director! He loves volleyball and the tv show “Survivor". Tommy is excited to see and be a part of the ways God will reach students in Gahanna.
